Mobile World Congress 2009 is almost here

Just a few days to go until Mobile World Congress 2009 in Barcelona.
I’m flying out from London City Airport on Sunday afternoon and will be heading off to the venue to register and make sure everything Is ok with the Symbian Foundation stand. I’ve never flown out of London City Airport before. Now I live in East London I thought it would be easier to get to than Heathrow, we’ll see.

If you are going to the event, make sure you pick up your entry pass on the Sunday or expect a 2 hour queue on Monday morning.

What to do while at MWC? Well of course come to the Symbian Foundation stand and look me up. I might even have a party ticket for you for Monday night. While talking about parties, there is a good list here of some of the known parties. They should fill up your week nicely and ensure your alcohol level doesn’t get dangerously low.

My Calendar is filling up with other activities as well, it’s not just about parties you know (but I am free Tuesday night if you know of something good happening ). For other activities take a look at our wiki and feel free to add in your own events or anything cool for others to do at the show. The nice guys at WIP have put together a survival guide for developers so their will be plenty to keep you entertained.
